Communication
● Email is the primary and preferred method of communication for scheduling, billing, and administrative matters.
● Responses are typically provided within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
● The initial session serves as a consultation and intake appointment to determine fit and clarify treatment needs.
● For privacy and confidentiality reasons, clinical concerns and therapeutic work are not conducted via email, text, or voicemail.
● Please note that emails may occasionally be filtered into spam or junk folders. If you do not receive a response within the expected timeframe, please check there.
Confidentiality
● Your privacy is protected in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable laws. Information shared in therapy is confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law. You will receive a detailed Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement that explains the scope of confidentiality, your privacy rights, and the legal exceptions in greater detail before beginning services.
